Jon Altman elected to Honorary Fellowship of the Royal Society of New Zealand

 

Professor Jon AltmanStaff and students at CAEPR congratulate Professor Jon Altman on his election to Honorary Fellow of the Academy of the Royal Society of New Zealand, announced at the Academy's 47th Fellows’ Annual General Meeting in Wellington on Wednesday 17 October 2012. The Academy is dedicated to promoting excellence in science, technology and the humanities. Honorary Fellowships are an honour conferred for distinction in research, or for the advancement in science, technology or the humanities, and are awarded to fellows from overseas institutions. They aim to encourage liaison between scientists from different nations and promote communication and networking.
